Notes

Good Monday run, much less chilly out when running. Noticed something weird tightness on the top of my left foot. Basically it feels like I have tied my shoe too tight. I could feel it as soon as I laced up my sneakers and figured I had simply tied my shoes too tight, however the tightness stayed even when I really loosened my laces. I guess this actually started yesterday because the whole time that foot was tight, but just figured my shoes were too tight. 3 minutes in I was wondering if it was worth the risk, but it doesn't hurt, just tight. By the end of the run it either loosened up or I got used to it because I was couldn't feel it any more. Just thought it would be a good thing to mention. Is this a cause for concern? Is it possible to roll the top of your foot?

Chances are it is from your muscles along the front of your shin. Roll there. Christine has done this before, if you want to try tonight, ask her since you live with her to show you how.

Okay I will give that I try tonight! I don't really want it to become a chronic problem.

I asked Christine and she says she does remember. I can't make it worse by rolling, right?

J_M_L

You cannot make it worse by rolling your shin if that is what is causing it
