7 by 800m @ tempo with 1 min rest with Rob at Reggie!!! Feels great to be training with a purpose again and I'm thrilled to get a solid workout in. Sure it is a pain driving 70 mins to get to an indoor track, but it was fun. Not the biggest fan of training on banked tracks, c'mon Boston can't you just have one flat track?!?! But that's my only complain. Perhaps a tad fast for "tempo" work, but if you took the time to convert it slower, perhaps it would be closer...
