TOUGH run, only got 5 hrs of sleep last night, having to get to work @ 6 after a late night with the wo in boston last night. Lots of physical labor at work today consisting of shoveling and cutting PVC with a hand saw (11 hr day total), BUT enjoyed the view of the coast and the cute town of Marblehead. In a relatively good mood today which helped. Left knee feeling weak again which was a fairly major problem about 2 months ago, I'll have to keep an eye on it
