Hill Climb at the rec - 60 minutes, 4080 vertical feet, nice and hard, all walk, no sprints except final 45 seconds. Weight lifting afterwards, then ran 6x400m and 4x200m on very tired legs. 10 miles for the day, after 12x1600m yesterday. It's all good!

It was dark grey outside, above freezing but I just could not force myself to go out in it. Rachel is in San Francisco for the weekend, home tonight very late.
