Needed 12 miles today to get 50 miles for the week, I slacked off last evening and didn't run. The rest was good, but I had to work today to get all these miles, indoors at the REC since it was cold and dark grey outside, with snow and ice on the ground. This was a great effort, and I tried to run all the miles relaxed and easy-fast, not hard at all except for the occasional speed-up in the final lap or two. Good workout!
