2640' vertical climb @ 30%, then 3 miles at minus 3 %, 7:30 pace for all. 8.28 miles. All on incline TM. This was supposed to be an easy day, I think I accomplished that and still got in 8 useful miles.

This is spring break week, and I took the day off from work. Rachel is gone to N. Dakota. It is a dark, grey, cold, nasty week. We had snow on the ground again this morning and more falling, though it stopped and melted off eventually.
