Notes

Was supposed to be an easy day. I kept it pretty easy, but I was tired by the end. I intended to do some downhill work on the incline TM but it was occupied, so all miles were on the track. I'm just a tad bit stiff and sore today. Hoping to race the St. Patrick's 10K on Saturday, but planning to train right through it. All focus is on Bloomsday at this point.
