31x400m, indoor track. 1:43 warmup. 200m walk rest intervals, 4x400m extra rest intervals. Tried to convince myself this is my "all-day relaxed running pace". LOL. 12K (Bloomsday) in 42:45 - nice! 5:45 pace. Last one was the fastest.
