Notes

Ran up and down Crestview twice from home.Very windy out, from the west, so cold stiff 14-20mph headwind going uphill. Took it easy since I was running it twice plus I didn't feel fast. Hard to breath by the end, and had minor sharp chest pains for a moment, seemed to be from lack of oxygen. Either from asthma, or heart, or allergies, not sure which to blame. Was planning to run the Seaport 10K this morning but just could not motivate with the sky grey, temp here in Pullman at 37F and windy. Might have been OK by race time in Clarkston but it was so depressing here I just went back to bed.

Pollen is 9.6 / 12.
