5K, indoor track, took it slow and easy, 6 minute walking warm-up first. Some pain and tightness in left high hamstring but ok to run on. I just ran a 5k last night on this track so yea for repeatability!
Splits: 7:19, 7:05, 6:47, 0:40 = 21:52.44
