Ran a decent very easy 5k on the indoor track. Left upper hamstring still sore from stretching(!?) and doing my PT stuff this morning so wasn't sure I would be able to run, but after eating a Payday candy bad and using a golf ball to roll my left hamstring, I was able to run ok. I was going to run this on the Woodway treadmill, then decided the track would be fun instead. Worked out well.
Splits: 7:32, 7:16, 6:51, 0:43.
