Christmas Day run. 13.1 on the Eugene Oregon trail system. Much better run than Monday's 13.1, trail surface was dry, temp was colder but very comfortable, wore long legs and more tops, totally comfortable. No wind. Legs didn't feel nearly as beat up afterwards. Went out quick on the first two miles, just because. Ran a few easy fartlek segments. Stopped three times for rest and to read the path map signs for directions. Took one aspirin last night at bedtime. That plus walking 5.7 miles with Deb & Rachel yesterday made today's run better? Good run in these conditions, !
