Notes
Ran the trail system along the Willamette in Eugene. Weather is cloudy and wet, not much wind, decent. Haven't run in 6 days and legs are stiff and sore from last Friday's workout at home which included 80 or so squats and jumps, which I can barely do. Ran slow and easy, but it was on concrete and asphalt and my legs felt pretty beat up afterwards, as I'm used to running on the indoor soft rubber track.
