One hour on the incline trainer, did the first mile at 30%, 19:55, 1505 feet elevation gained - walked at 2.7 mph, did some intervals at 5.4 mph. Did less elevation and more jogging second 15 minutes, then did 30 minutes walking - sprinting at -3% elevation. 4.1mph/10.0 mph.

Today is a blizzard outside. High temp was was 10, 8 degrees right now, headed for -4 tonight!
