Ran SW Crestview hill, down .6, up 1, home .5, first time in forever it seems like. Slow time,ran conservatively.
Splits: 4:21 down, 8:19 up, 3:45 home. Quads are a bit sore today after this run. Not sure if it's only from this run, or also because I ran 10k yesterday for the first time? I'm not feeling strong or fast at the moment, for sure.
