8x400m @ 5:55 per mile. Outdoor track. These are slower and more difficult than they should be, still due to side-effects of that damn shingles vaccine I got on April 8th. These probably would have been 5-7 seconds per lap faster a month ago. My running endurance and speed for racing Bloomsday this Sunday has been screwed by this fucking vaccine. Good bye, top 3 finish. Dammit.
