Notes

Ran 5.0 from the Rec center. It was 57 F and breezy, and I was cold. T-shirt top plus tank, & shorts. I had to walk-jog. Wore the Hoka Cliftons just for fun. Legs are a bit stiff and sore from yesterday's 8.7 mile walk-jog. NOT ready for Bloomsday on Sunday. Not enough miles, and have lost a lot of ground since getting that shingles vaccine on April 8th. Still cold all the time, except when having hot flashes, which are getting worse as the weather warms up (?) and I run more. Stopped drinking caffeine again a week ago, except for a single cup of black tea in the morning. Anxiety has resolved to near background levels. Had gotten severe again starting a week ago Friday when I was drinking 1 tea plus 1 large cup of coffee daily and the occasional beer. Only drinking 1 beer per week at the moment, that seems to be OK.
