AM workout, indoors at the Rec, a bit stiff and sore from running yesterday, not too bad, shin splints were there for the two 400's, but just barely. Tried out the new incline trainer at 30% for a slow easy 500' climb @ 30% also. It's all a start. My right foot was painful and hobbled me when getting out of bed this morning, I think it's the arthritis. Not sure how that's going to play out over time... Biking was essentially painless and has been a lot of fun this past month!! The weather has now turned from calm blue skies and warmer to dark gray skies and cooler, and windy. Less than ideal for biking.
