Notes

First run in a few weeks? Took it easy, felt great to be running again. Nothing is sore when one runs for the first time in a long time! Did some weight lifting as well. 10 pull-ups non-stop was not too hard, surprisingly. I was a little bit sore the following morning from the running, of course. As expected.
