Indoor track at noon, did not work today. 35 laps in 30 minutes, 10 seconds.
Splits:
7:17, 6:49, 6:48, 21:45 @ 5k, , 27:41 @ 6400, 30:10 @ 35 laps.
Plan was to run very easy, "all day pace" again like yesterday. Breathing was easy(!), legs were pretty good, much less foot slap than yesterday's run, very surprised at how fast the easy pace was. Indoor air was less dry and less cold than most mornings lately.
