First time to run indoors at the University of Idaho's Rec Center. Indoor track is 9 laps to the mile, and a flat linoleum surface. Not nearly as nice as the WSU "real" indoor track, but a heck of a lot better than doing nothing or trying to run outside on the ice and snow. Ran 3x 1 mile with a lap walk between, then alternated run 1, walk 1. Also did a total of around 40 pull-ups during the walking laps as the pull-up bar setup is right alongside the track. Nice.
