Sunny and hot day today, went to the trail to run 13.1. Was 70 degrees at the start, and a hot sun so warming up quickly. Had a fast first out and back, then decided to stop for water and a break and run the second out & back at a slow easy "fun" pace to acclimate to the heat. Ended up running 16, in 4 parts. This was part 3, left calf start signaling that it was going to cramp up at the start of this, so I had to take it very easy.
