Ran the Pullman city loop with Rachel, horrible running for me. Legs are still sore for no apparent reason, glutes, hamstrings. I could not even keep up with Rachel; my breathing was ok and I never got my heart rate up at all, just no legs today at all. I feel similar to back when I had vitamin D deficiency a few years ago!?! Running and then getting sore legs, taking a week or longer to get over it!!?? I stopped taking the D in April after the sun started showing up and I have been out in it a few times, enough to get a bit tanned in places.
