Another bad running day; I wanted to run some good mile repeats, and could not. I should have been able to run 2 or 3 under 6:00, but could not. Sore glutes and hams, seems to have become a chronic problem recently. Don't know why. I've started taking vitamin D again, 4k per day, since this problem feels like when I was D-deficient. We shall see.
