Rec center track, after work, leg muscles and knees/hips are more sore than I can account for. Have been having trouble with PVC's and breathing most of the day and feeling lousy, so it was amazing that I could run at all. Sore left knee and legs but got better after by the end. Bit of something in the left high hamstring has been getting better lately, but started to feel it on the 200. Not bad. Hot tub afterwards felt amazing. I had steak for dinner last night; I'm beginning to wonder if red meat has anything to do with sore leg muscles and joints the next day. I need to pay attention to this in the future to see if there's some connection. This unexplained soreness has happened before.
