Lost my watch, did not eat breakfast and feel crappy, heart has been PVC'ing and very irregular for two days now, and I can't find the new pair of running shorts I recently bought. Found the shorts in my locker at the gym, eating breakfast now at work, but my watch is still missing. Did some climbing on the incline TM before this bit of easy running to get my cold morning legs warmed up. Legs are a bit sore. From running 2 days ago? Not taking any Naproxen any more.

Found my watch later in the morning.
