Chipman Trail w/Rachel; jogged all the way except for a short walk at the turn-around. A bit of diesel fumes in the air, not nice, but maybe not enough to make me sick (again). Nasty grey skies, cold and dank, was foggy earlier but the ceiling has lifted. Today is "RED +2" (Radiation treatment End Day +2). Bowels a little lose but manageable; bladder irritated but also manageable. Feel like I need to go pee constantly.
