Walk-jogged 6 miles on the Chipman Trial while Rachel ran 6.3 miles. Foggy day, no wind, 32-33 degrees. Some diesel fumes in the air on the trail, not too strong but still objectionable. Throat was a bit raw for the rest of the day. Finished radiation treatments yesterday; some bladder and bowel distress from that, but no real problems while jogging. Bladder was slightly irritated the whole time but bowel shut down and played nice.
