Notes
Splits: 6:33, 6:33, 6:24, :38.00. PM at the rec, indoor track. Slept better last night, felt better this afternoon, right heel was a slight bother walking but no pain while running. Started off easy and smooth, kept the effort reasonable and moderate. Hard final 2 laps. Nearly passed out walking afterwards because of the BP meds - BP was 120/74 this morning and I took another pill so it was a bit too low all day.
I will break 20:00 for 5k on this track again very soon; within a week or two, if not this week. Fuck cancer.
