Notes

Did another vertical mile on the incline trainer, in about 1:23:40 running time or so - had to stop twice for a moment because my feet got very numb on the bottoms! Total time to finish was 1:26:11, plus undocumented 30 second reset stop for feet, minute 2:30 documented rest stop for feet. About 5.1 miles to get to the vertical mile, then did a couple more miles for 7.1 total. This is a HARD workout!

Vertical 1000' splits: 16:18, 15:50, 16:30, 18:35 (w/rest stop): 19:05 for remainder -1280?
