Imported from RW - not sure why there are no splits listed. Must have been a bunch of fast 200 M's for this pace.

WSU Outdoor track, speed session - needed three good miles total to bring me up to 40 miles for the week and get my weekly mile average down to a nice point. Nice day - fairly hard workout but a good honest workout.
