Notes

AM indoor workout. Legs just slightly stiff and sore form last night's 400s, so did some incline TM climbing (1000' vertical) and then did a slow easy 1600 on the track. Left leg protested a bit, I felt some ITB in there for a few moments, but that will probably go away with a bit more training.

My right foot has been aching a lot in recent weeks, especially in the cooler weather, but that pain is now once again going away, almost gone in fact since I've started running again. Bad circulation? Or what is the cause, I don't know. Running eventually makes it go away, just like when it first happened 7 years and +40 lbs ago. Biking didn't seem to help it any.
