Just back from vacation to Palm Springs; first run of the year. Ran outside on the trail with Rachel; temp was 18 degrees, dressed very warmly and heavy. It was OK, never got cold; ran very slow but went the distance non-stop. Not easy. Breathing was good today. Actual time is on Garmin and TBD yet.
