Easy pm workout, was sick yesterday but feeling better after this morning's run. Kept the 5k very easy,quicker last couple of laps. 1600 - took a 13 minute break first, ran it very easy but quick, wasn't breathing hard at all by lap 6 so picked it up to the finish. Plan was to maybe run an easy 6:20, was very surprised it went under 6:00.
