Walk-jogged 1 hour on the outdoor track; 30 laps in lane 1 (400m). First mile easy non-stop in 6:55, then 26x300m easy-smooth-relaxed + 100M walk rest intervals. Excellent workout, and further than yesterday's similar hour. RobC showed up on the track for a bit. There were several walkers when I arrived, but had the track mostly all to myself again. I love it . . .
Left hamstring&hip pains seemed less while running today, but left leg is in pain to the outside this afternoon. Sciatica, possibly? Sitting is bad.
I walked to work and home again today, also. So 13.5 miles total on my feet today.
