2x5k on the trail, 8 minute walk rest between, I had no speed. Possible DOMS from 400's two days prior, plus my new stairs stretches for my ankles and achilles may be straining stuff, But it works for my ankle pains!

I had no speed, this was way too slow and it was all I had.
