Notes
Ran the hill, stiff and sore legs, no speed, just took it relatively easy. I ran 10k last night, and should not be running again so soon apparently. My left ankle is mostly better however. I had no random leg or foot pains in the night.
Splits: 4:18 down, 8:00 up, 3:50 home.
I was thinking about racing the 5k in Asotin tonight, but no way. I am sore and have no speed!!@#$$! I feel like I need to take a break from running and get back on my bike, to let my hip and ankles get over being sore.
