71 miles on the bike; took the day off from work to ride because this will be the last warmest day of the year, high was 79, ride temp was 69-78. 3 gels; nice day for riding instead of working!! Would have gone back out and ridden another 9 miles, but had to wait at home for the buyer to show up for the two scales.
Weight before ride = 137.5, weight after was 132.6; delta of 4.9 lbs.
