Notes

AM workout at the Rec, no warm-up, had minor shin splints & a touch of asthma. Ran 2000 warm-up then 4x400m, 1x200m. Heel felt fine, running form is not great the the moment but it should come back fast.

Biked 71 miles yesterday, so tired legs this morning. Weight was 134.8, resting pulse 46, BP 118/70. I feel great over-all, except for prostate/urinary problems.
