Notes

Ran indoor track at REC center, was very crowded! 12x400m, had been sore all day from weekend long run, but felt pretty good for these. Tried not to race any of them, just tried to keep it smooth and efficient. Felt some improvement over last week's 400's. Sore right front hip, inner thigh all night afterwards, and sore front pelvic girdle area. achy front top right quad.
