Notes

Did a nice set of 30% incline 12 minutes, 12x150m run + 50m walk, x2 each, plus bonus lap equals 6.1 @ 8:00 pace, good hill and minor speed workout for the distance. My right heel hurt this morning with the starting of plantar fasciitis, sbut the hill work felt good for it and I stretched my calves/achilles on the slant board a bunch, and I plan to wear the damn boot tonight to bed. So hopefully we can head this off early and not have to deal with plantar fasciitis, My left heel still has a bit of a blister from running on the track earlier this week, sans socks, seems to be more blister prone when running indoors with no socks as I've been running outside in the cool/cold exclusively with no socks and no blisters.
