Pullman Loop fm the trailhead, very windy day, but warm enough, for once. Lower legs are RUBBISH today, so this was just miles and it was a bit ugly and slow. Shins felt a bit splinty, a continuation of yesterday's trashed legs. As a result of what? Fridays speed work? Or wearing the wrong shoes with no support for that speedwork? Or maybe from sitting around the house a bit more than usual? I really don't know what the cause is. Weight is up a bit today, and so was resting pulse, 46/47+. BP is up a bit as well.
Temp was 59-61ish. Wore long and short sleeve tops, and that was just right. Might have gotten away with two short sleeve tops also, but that would have been a bit cool running into the wind.
