Notes

Walk-Jogged 6.25 on the LMS track before work. Took it very easy, jogged the straights, walked the turns. Running part equals about 5k total. Time was 1:05:20 minus about 44 mins for walking, so 21:10 for the running part. I probably ran a bit further at a bit slower pace since I went long in the jogs, but I also skipped jogging on the first two laps, so it evens out.

Still have pain in left high hamstring, bottom of hip, some intermittent burning nerve pain in leg like piriformis or sciatica but last night and this morning the pain is more to the outside rear of thigh
