Notes
Indoor track before work; walk-jogged 16 laps, so 8x200m real slow and easy. Left lower hip and piriformis and upper hamstring are sore, knees are both a bit of a pain and lower left back is having issues. I walk-jogged 10k on Saturday and got too much sun (went shirtless) so feeling the after-effects of that. I seem to be walking better today than in recent history, with more speed and spring in my step, so maybe it will pay off in the long run to do a lot more walking.
