3x3200m, 4 minute rest intervals. I ran these easy start, slow pick-up to the finish, tried to keep it as stress-free as possible. May have over-done it slightly after this morning's quick 5K. Was fatigued later in the evening at home and heart rate was 48/49 next morning. 45/46 is daily normal lately, down to low 40's if rested.
