5K - 19:58 - AM workout. Warmed up with snow shoveling this morning, then ran a 5k on the indoor track. Meant to run easy at about 20:30 or slightly faster, but saw the chance for a sub-20 and pushed harder on mile 2. Started feeling leg fatigue from yesterday's hill climb, and dialed it back in mile 3 to keep the effort from being too stressful. 19:58 final time.

Ran another easy mile after a 10- minute rest.
