Ran 5 easy with Rachel, could barely keep up with her, my feet and ankles feel worn-out, lower stomach muscles are sore from doing a few lunges, and left hip muscles are questionable. This was a re-start at running after taking a few weeks off... Not very encouraging. Biking remains a viable option, nothing hurts when I bike!
