Ran the SW Crestview hill, new PR going up! Have been biking the past 2 days, since my 10-mile run last Saturday was painful and slowish. Only niggle was the left hip, inside by the sit-down bone, a sharp little pain that turned into a dull ache afterwards. Torn labrum? Some tendon anchor-point strained? Hip socket itself doing something?
Splits: 3:58 down, 6:50 up(new PR by 4 seconds!!) walked after the top for 1 minute, call it 14:40 R/T.
