3 miles at the REC, AM workout, rest day yesterday, pressed for time, didn't sleep well since Rachel was leaving early this morning for San Francisco and there was a chance of fog at the airport and she was freaking out all night...

First mile warm-up 6:55, slight shin splintishness but not bad, then ran easy-fast next mile with a good finish, 3:05 for half, 2:46 second half, 5:51 total, that's what I'm talking about - not too hard, morning sub-6 mile. !! Last mile on the 30% climber treadmill, started off hard at 4.1 mph for first minute+, then again at 3:00, then finished off last 100' climb at 4.1 mph, rest was at 2.5 mph walking speed. 6:00 flat for 500 feet of climbing. That's decently hard and sweaty mile!
