AM, indoor track, easy-progression 5k. Splits: 7:15, 7:03, 6:38, 0:40

Quads are stiff and sore from Saturday's speedwork, so started off very slow with very low expectations. Was surprised at how quick this was, given sore quads and weight gain. Right heel present but not a problem.

My weight jumped 3 lbs!!! overnight. WTF??? This puts me over 140. It must be temporary water weight from sore legs or from unknow factors. If so it should go back down over the next 2-3 days? We'll see. I'm now taking 1/2 of a Lisinopril HCTZ BP pill every day (5 mg). BP this morning was 128/76. Yesterday it was 122/74, and I was very light-headed every time I stood up. That problem seems to be a bit better this morning.
